IF YOU ACCESS THE SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS,
OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND/OR ANY OF THEIR PARTS. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USING OUR SITE. WE ARE
MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE

1. This is a Legal Agreement.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Yoga Mar and
contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and
obligations. By Your Use of the Site, you: (a) acknowledge you have read,
understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (b) agree to comply
with all applicable laws, rules and regulations with respect to Your Use of
the Site; and (c) represent you are an adult at least sixteen (16) years of
age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the jurisdiction
where you reside.

2. No Children Are Permitted To Use Our Site.
This Site is not directed toward children under 16 years of age, nor do we
knowingly collect information about children under 16. If you are under 16
years of age, you are not permitted to submit any personally identifiable
information to us. If we find out you are under the age of 16 years of age,
we will immediately upon notice cancel your account. If you wish to report
an account created for a minor, please contact us at

3. Please Obtain Your Physician’s Permission Before Beginning Any
Exercise Program.
You understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and can expose
you to the risk of serious injury. We urge you to obtain a physical
examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. You
voluntarily accept and assume any and all risks, known or unknown,
associated with Your Use of the Site and our Services including, without
limitation, the risk of physical or mental or emotional injury, minor and/or
severe bodily harm, death, and/or illness, which arise by any means,
including, without limitation : acts, omissions, recommendations or advice
given by us.

4. Your Privacy.
What Information About Customers Does Yoga Mar Collect?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize the classes
to the customers’ needs and continually improve our Yoga Mar experience.
The information we collect depends upon how you interact with us through
the Site. We offer some services that do not require you to register for an
account or provide any personal information to us. For example, you can
read materials such as our blogs without providing personal information.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless
you voluntarily submit such information to us. Personally identifiable
information includes: (l) a first and last name; (ll) email adress (lll) city and
country of residence (lV) any other identifier that permits the physical or
online contacting of a specific individual.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and Cancellation of Classes
If you request a refund up to 10 days before the course date, you will be
refunded 100% of your payment if it was made in cash. If the payment was
made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made by deducting the
amount of the fees charged by the issuing bank. Similarly, if the payment
was made using the PAYPAL platform. For any reason, the charges
generated by the payment platform will be refunded.
If you request cancellation and refund less than 5 days before the course
date, only 50% of the course cost can be refunded.
The customer will not be entitled to a refund of the course fee if he/she
cancels the course within 3 days before the start of the course.
If the "No Attendance"; notification is given within 3 days before the agreed
course date, the customer will be entitled to reschedule the class within the
validity date of the class / plan / package.
If the customer is not present the day of the course and there is no
notification of "non-attendance", no refund will be made.
If the customer has purchased only one course, and the "No Attendance"; is
notified on the same day of the course, you will not be entitled to claim any
refund or rescheduling of the course.
If the customer has purchased only one course and the "No Attendance"; is
notified within 3 days of the agreed course date, the customer will be
entitled to reschedule the class but only once. If on rescheduling the class
the customer is unable to attend the course, the customer will not be
entitled to reschedule a third time for this course and will have to register for
a new course and schedule a new attendance date.

If the customer is unable to attend, the course can be transferred to another
person with at least 3 days’ notice, but neither the time nor the date can be
rescheduled.
Any cancellation must be communicated URGENTLY to WhatsApp: +33 7
66 85 16 51 or to yogamar2020@gmail.com indicating the following
information:

- Full name of the beneficiary.
- Reason for cancellation
- Resolution in relation to classes missed or cancelled by the client.
- Method of payment and account or credit card details for reimbursement
(When applicable)
- Date of bank transfer or payment (When applicable)
- PayPal Data (When applicable)

6. CLASS PACKAGES
If the customer have purchased a package of 4 lessons, these will be valid
for a period of one and a half months after the payment date, and the
customer can use the missed lessons within that period.
If the customer has purchased a package of 8 lessons, these will be valid
for a period of 2 months from the date of payment, and the customer can
use the missed lessons within that period.
Once the customer has started a package of classes or plans, they will not
have the right to claim a refund. But the customer will have the right to
reschedule future dates.
In the case the customer has purchased one of the plans and/or package of
group courses, the schedule (time) must be respected.
In case the costumer has purchased individual plans and/or packages, they
will have the right to reschedule the dates and times at your convenience,
just once.
