About me

Mariela Arredondo

I was born in Argentina and now live in Paris, where I discovered movement as a way of caring for others and caring for myself. My journey led me to Rishikesh, India, where I became certified as a yoga teacher (RYT 200h in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, Yoga Alliance) and as an Ayurvedic therapist.

Over the years, I expanded my practice by incorporating Pilates, therapeutic massages, reflexology, and biodecoding, bringing together body, mind, and emotions within a holistic approach.

Along this journey, various professionals joined my professional world and began collaborating with me through MA · Movement, enriching our vision of well-being through complementary disciplines. Thanks to these collaborations, the project also includes approaches such as hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis, and Family Constellations, all with the aim of helping each person find the path that best supports their well-being, fulfilment, and overall balance, both in their personal and professional lives.

Today, I share this journey through MA · Movement.
