Ten years ago, I embraced Yoga as a way of life. I trained in Rishikesh, India, and since then I have shared its wisdom across Argentina, France, and beyond. Along this journey, I also specialized in Integrative Ayurveda, Ayurvedic and Thai massage, and holistic wellness therapies. Today, I teach and practice in Spanish, French, and English, convinced that Yoga and well-being create a true before and after in life.
